We ship orders using India Post and other trusted courier partners across India. All shipments are handled with care to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping timelines are calculated after the dispatch date.
For custom-made products, please discuss the estimated dispatch time with our staff before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and generally range from 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our shop.
If the pickup option is selected at checkout, you will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and estimated product weight.
Actual shipping costs may vary depending on the final packed weight and courier rates. In such cases, you may be asked to pay the difference if the actual charge exceeds the checkout estimate.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may apply.

Only damaged products are eligible for return or refund.
All other products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Only items purchased directly from SameeraSaneesh.com are eligible.
Return Process

Include the following:

The item(s) you wish to return
Description of the damage
Photo or video evidence of the damaged item
Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request and respond within two business days with further instructions.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item sent).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Keep the proof of shipment until we confirm receipt.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
