      • Picture or Video of the damage
  3. Return Authorization:

    • Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will review it and provide you with further instructions within two business days.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
    • Please retain the proof of shipment until we confirm the receipt of your return.
  5. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.
    • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items:
